So somehow time has passed and I'm starting my last week here in Singapore. Honestly, it still hasn't fully sunk in that I'm here. It's as if life here exists on a different plane of existence than back home. I'm not sure when that feeling will go away, maybe when I get off my last flight in Pittsburgh.

While being here I've been able to see 4 different countries, make friends from all over the world, try new foods, see new cultures, and learn at one of the best universities in the world. The whole thing has been a crazy mix of brand new and reminders of home. Spontaneously booking flights with people I've known for 5 days, being on a speedboat in Thailand thinking it feels just like being on Lake George, looking out from the top of the Marina Bay Sands remembering telling everyone that no I probably wouldn't find myself in that hotel from Crazy Rich Asians, seeing people line dancing in Chinatown remembering my mom teaching me the very same one, realizing seeing monkeys is about as normal as seeing squirrels now, sending my step mom a picture of the Gloria Jean's Coffee I found in Malaysia because we used to go to one every Black Friday.

For this last week I don't really find myself with a bucket list of last things to do in Singapore. I just want to spend my last week doing anything with the people who've made this trip so awesome, even though I know I'll see some of them again.

Maybe my next post will be from a hostel in Europe, or a friend's couch back in Pittsburgh, or from a Boston coffee shop, or from a beach on Long Island. In the meantime, here's some more pictures from the last few weeks!
