Been a little while since I posted, but things have been pretty busy over here on the other side of the world!

First off, the flight was crazy long. I will never book a 17 hour flight again.

Second, adjusting to Singapore wasn't too hard. I'm constantly shocked by the beauty of this city. Also, the lack of bugs. Pretty cool. The food here is awesome and we've had a lot of fun exploring the different places to eat. There's so much to do here and we've really taken advantage of places like the Marina Bay Gardens, Mount Faber Park, Sentosa, and the ArtScience Museum.

Third, some of us took a weekend trip to Thailand! It was a blast and was the first time I REALLY felt like I was abroad. So much different than Singapore, and it was so cool talking to locals and picking up some Thai.

Lastly, research is going great! Srujan and I are on a project together and we just learned how to culture stem cells this week.

It's hard to believe there's only a little more than a month left here. Can't wait to see what else we do!
