ABOUT ME
The one thing that my passions for engineering design, teaching, and medicine have in common is the concept of empathy. My experiences on design teams, as an engineering instructor, as a researcher, and as a patient myself have shaped the way I think about connecting with others and how this influences the way we innovate, treat, and study. At the end of the day, we hope to impact the people at the heart of the problems we address. With this mindset I hope to build a career around blending being both a clinician and an engineer, and using design to better my practice.
